The Observer and pal T. went to Macy's the other night to spend down some gift cards and gawk at Madonna's new clothing line. We ran into a chatty saleslady who told us that Macy's marks down the M Style Lab (found in the juniors dept.) jewelry once a month. Prices go to $2, $4, and $6 on styles that are being phased out. Good buys to be had if you hit the racks at the right times!
For a $2 investment, I took home three pairs of rhinestone studs in neon orange, chartreuse and yellow. Gotta love the unusual colors.
